This is a living document, it was prepared using LaTeX and LaTeX2HTML. The most up-to-date version should be available in the following formats:

Except where noted, these descriptions are based on 16bit words.

We also adopt a ``Big Endian'' convention, for which the MSB (most significant bit) is bit#15 and the LSB (you figure) is bit#0.
