Brief description of the magnet and structure.

This LARGE (65MByte?) file is on the L3 HPs as:
/hp/mit1d/user/ams/database/rgmagall.dat,
It covers Z from 0 to 1.39m and X/Y from 0 to 2.1m in 2cm steps.
The coordinate system is the AMS system (I doubt it!).
The file format is X/Y/Z(cm) BX/BY/BZ(Gauss) except for some header information.
